Part One of Living in a Post COVID-19 World: Back-to-Business for Employers

May 12, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Due to the significant and growing impact the coronavirus has had on the workplace, businesses will face a whole new set of labor and employment implications as they get back-to-business, including: putting a plan in place to provide a safe workplace, navigating local, state and federal paid sick leave and other leave laws, and keeping up with many of the fast-paced developments at the federal, state, and local levels.  Employers need to know what their responsibilities are, available resources, and recommended approaches.

Join the AALASC and HOL for this 60-minute webinar, presented by Labor and Employment attorneys Hannah Sweiss of Fisher Phillips, Kristel Haddad of Jackson Lewis and Natalie Alameddine of Blank Rome as they review some of the key issues and up-to-date news and recommendations for businesses.

What policies and recommendations should employers put in place? What are an employer’s legal responsibilities and potential liabilities? How should employers deal with some of the difficult workplace issues raised by COVID-19? You’ll learn answers to these questions and more during this important session.
